Iceland University of the Arts (IUA) is located in 4 different buildings in Reykjavík. NOFOD will be held at the IUA building in Stakkahlíð 1, 105 Reykjavík.

Conference registration is through the payment links below. Deadline to register is June 17th, 2026. Your registration is valid after you have paid the conference fee. Please note that all fees are in Euros (EUR).

The conference fee includes:
Reception Tuesday, lunch Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and coffee/tea during breaks
Access to conference sessions and opportunity to network with speakers and participants
Printed program with abstracts
Extra activites:
Conference dinner on Wednesday June 24th costs 40 EUR and is optional (Registration closed)
There is an optional Golden Circle Excursion Tour (Gullfoss waterfall, Geysir geothermal area, and Thingvellir) with a bus and guide. Its scheduled for Friday afternoon when the conference ends between lunch and dinner time (6-7 hours), and price is 65 EUR (Registration closed)
Deadline to register for dinner and/or excursion: June 17th, 2026
With registration and extras, the following applies to cancellations and refunds:
Until April 1st, 75% refund. Until June 1st, 50% refund. No refund after June 1st.
Registration desk
The Registration Desk will be open on June 23, from 14:00-15:00 , and in the morning 08:30-09:00 on the other days. There you can pick up your name badge and book of abstracts.
Lunch
Lunch is served in our canteen TORGA in Stakkahlíð building Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please show your name badge at the lunch counter.
Conference bar
Reykjavík Brewing Company is located 6 minute walk away from our conference venue and gives an offer on beer and wine, just show your name badge at the bar. www.rvkbrewing.com
